This week, we were in Yorkville, Toronto for a wildly
entertaining Amazing Chase event with a lively group of mortgage brokers. The
Amazing Chase is a race through a series of sequential check points throughout
the city. Teams must locate detour or roadblock stations where they work
together to complete challenges. Each challenge is designed to enhance
participants’ collaborative skills and improve their communication and problem
solving abilities. This week’s participants thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to
explore the city, befriend their new colleagues and let loose after a week of
intense meetings and training workshops.
