It’s Dolena here with another corporate event update from
Canadian Outback Adventures & Events.
We’re in Ottawa where a local company is participating in
our Cake Creators event. There were 14 people in this group and most of them
were new hires, so the goal was to welcome new members to their team and
provide an opportunity for everyone to get to know each other in a non
professional environment. These goals were definitely achieved. Everyone worked
really well together and made some very creative cakes. Their use of different
colors and candies really made the cakes one of a kind and you could see teams
really working together to achieve the best results. The most exciting part
about this event was definitely at the end with the presentations. Everyone got out
of their comfort zones, there was singing and acting, there were decorative
signs. Everyone really enjoyed themselves.
