Amazing Chase - Corporate Team Building Activity in Toronto

It’s Dolena from Canadian Outback Adventures & Events here with another corporate event update.

Today we are in downtown Toronto with 25 participants from a local estate owner company. This group had loads of fun participating in their very own – Custom Amazing Chase. By customizing the course, the route allowed participants from France, England and the States, and all over Canada the chance to visit specific assets their company owns. We started at the bottom of Yonge street and worked our way up all the way to Blorr. The TTC was used in this chase so the teams could cover more ground and the teams were filled with high energy and loved being able to step outside and away from their meetings to have some fun in the beautiful weather. Some of the team’s favourite challenges were building a team pyramid and untangling themselves from the human knot. It was pretty funny. There were lots of laughs that were shared and memories that were made.

Amazing Chase - Corporate Team Building Activity in Toronto

It’s Dolena here with another corporate event update.

Today we are in downtown Toronto with a local company running the Amazing Chase. This group of 40 had a blast finding different locations in the downtown core and completing fun and unique challenges. This particular event had a customized route which allowed them to visit local hospitals that they have been facilitating projects with. This allowed the group to see firsthand their company’s local involvement. Some of their favourite challenges were singing “Barbie Girl” and “Hit Me Baby One More Time”, playing a game of “Leap Frog”, and building a human pyramid. There was no shortage of laughter with this group. We ended at a local pub where food and drinks were ready to be served for each team’s arrival. This high energy group thoroughly enjoyed themselves and loved being outside in the beautiful weather.

This is Kristen with another corporate event update.

Our latest event took the events team down to Edmonton, Alberta, for an Amazing Chase. It’s the beginning of October and the sun was still out. Teams enjoyed running around the downtown core and enjoying the sunshine. This group of franchise managers was from all over the country, so they enjoyed getting out and enjoyed seeing the city of Edmonton. There was lots of highlights with teams eating fish, bartering, doing random acts of kindness and busking for money.

Amazing Chase - Corporate Team Building in Canmore

This is Kristen with another corporate event update.

Our latest event took us to the beautiful Rocky Mountains to the town of Canmore, Alberta. It was a beautiful day in late September and the sun was shining for our Amazing Chase challenge. This pipeline service group had a great time exploring this mountain town, completing challenges and working together as a team. At the end, they finished off at the beautiful Crazy Weed Kitchen for an evening of drinks, appetizers and dinner. During the event, there was lots of highlights, including busking, doing random acts of kindness, doing some Tai Chi, and a couple of participants even took off their shoes and crossed the river for a short cut.

Amazing Chase Corporate Team Building Activity in Edmonton

Good morning! This is event coordinator Esther with another Canadian Outback Adventures & Events update.

Recently I was up in Edmonton running an Amazing Chase for a small group of accounting and advisory professionals. Starting in the Northwest - downtown core, teams raced along a 5 kilometre course, competing in a variety of challenges, including 6 degrees of separation, an art challenge and a cowboy themed shoot-em up before getting a rest from their feet as their mystery vehicle whisked them across town to other Edmonton’s famous attractions where there were some more interactive challenges awaiting for them. They built up their thirst for the final stop, which was great, because I was there with a refreshing beer taste test challenge for them. There were some fantastic surprises provided by the client, including our coveted COAE medals, gift certificates, golf bags, and the winning team won 500 dollars to give to a charity of their choice. They all ended with a barbecue and drinks, sharing stories, this will definitely be a memorable day for this group.

Amazing Chase Corporate Team Building Activity in Toronto

This is Marie, your event coordinator from Canadian Outback Adventures & Event.

We just hosted the Amazing Chase with a local corporate hotel chain in downtown Toronto. The sun was shining, energy was high and teams were competitive to race to the finish line. We had the exciting opportunity to tie-in the company’s greener environment initiatives in an activity where teams could collect and dispose off liter or dance the jitter. One highlight was another team’s ability to get over 15 participants in their team pyramid photo. The teams finished off with the beer market with some much needed refreshments, awesome prizes and some great photos.

Amazing Chase in Ottawa - Fun Corporate Team Building Activity

Marybeth here from Canadian Outback Adventures & Events with another corporate event update.

This week we are in downtown Ottawa running our AmazingChase event for a creative technology company. Race teams were created by the client based on the Myer Briggs personality test. This was a unique and great way to incorporate all skill sets to create a fair and even team, as well as a fun way of getting to know your co-workers. Teams started the chilly afternoon with a group high kick and individual team cheers. From there, teams were off on the race. The course challenged teams with roadblocks and detours, including eating dog biscuits, borrowing items with the public, and getting creative with their art skills. Teams successfully completed the challenges thrown their way and made it to the finish – Mill Street Brew Pub, where they enjoyed well deserved refreshments. Teams shared their funny and wild stories over drinks, while the Amazing Chase champions were announced and awarded medals. The windy weather did not stop this group from having an exciting and interactive afternoon with their co-workers.

Amazing Team Building Event Around Toronto Skydome

Hi! This is Alexis from Canadian Outback Adventures & Events with another corporate event update.

We were at the Roger’s Center Skydome this week for an exciting Amazing Chase Event with a fun group of corporate executives. This week’s Amazing Chase course led teams to a series of sequential check points and challenges in the Toronto Waterfront and Downtown core area. Participants from throughout North America were thrilled to break from their meetings to familiarize themselves with the city. They enjoyed the fun competitive nature of the event and the opportunity to bond with each other and see their colleagues strength outside the confines of their office environment.

Amazing Corporate Team Building Activity in Whistler

Hi this is Jill with another corporate event update.

It’s October 4th and we are up here in Whistler, BC and we have just completed an Amazing Chase for a local university organization. These guys didn’t let the slightly damp and cold weather get in their way at all, they were such an awesome competitive group and we really enjoyed working with them. Their goal for the event today was to have something that was dynamic and outgoing for their group as they have been doing some meetings in the morning. They are really excited to do the event, they knew that it was going to be a good fit for their group as they were pretty competitive and outgoing bunch. So we did some fun activities for these guys in their Amazing Chase, probably the best activity that these guys really enjoyed and got the most laughs was an obstacle course that they had to participate in as part of one of their challenges. Lots of funny team work and working together in different activities throughout the day and that this one was definitely one of the highlights. There is such a great vibe at the end of this event, everyone had such a blast and they had some really great memories that they were able to talk about at the end of the event and there is a lot of cheering when we were able to announce the winning team. Super competitive group and looking forward to doing more events with them in the future.
