Crime Investigators - Corporate Team Building Activity in Toronto

Hello, it’s Dolena from Canadian Outback Adventures & Events here with another corporate event update.

Today we are in the heart of downtown Toronto, working with an investment company for our exciting Crime Investigators event. This group of 20 really enjoyed it, because it allowed them to work with people in their team that they don’t necessarily always get the chance to work with on a day to day basis. You could clearly see the enthusiasm in this group as they created the fun team names, like “Inspector Gadget” team, and “Detective Murdock” team. We setup some very fun crime scene locations for this event, one was at the top level of a parking garage, we had one at a park, out at Tim Horton’s, and the group loved the variety and is excited to get out and walk around after a morning of meetings. This group was very detail oriented while searching the scenes as we had several funny items show up at our forensics lab in the end. There were paper clips, grass, umbrellas, and even a first aid kit and a cowboy hat were found. The presentations at the end proved this group was very creative and showed that everyone demonstrated excellent team work and collaboration.

Crime Investigators Corporate Team Building Activity in Toronto

Hi, this is Jill with another corporate event update.

It is October 2^nd and were here in Ontario place, which is an abandoned fair grounds in downtown Toronto. Really awesome venue for a Crime Investigators event for one of the partners of Ontario Place who were having some meetings on site. The client was really excited to be able to do a fun team building activity with their group in the afternoon after a morning’s worth of meetings around the venue in different places they wanted to go visit on sites. Their favourite part of the event was definitely the atmosphere and different locations we had setup for them. They really loved all the elaborate crime scenes we were able to setup as this was a private venue space where we had the free range of all the different areas. As well, because this was a decrepit looking, old fair grounds, there were lots of creepy things falling apart that they really enjoyed. The teams got really into having to get creative at the end of their activity to present their final reports and really enjoyed hearing everyone’s creative outlook on how they think the crime went down. The client was incredibly happy with the event and looking forward to hopefully do an event with them again soon.

Crime Investigators Corporate Team Building Activity in Toronto

We were at the beautiful, secluded Millcroft Inn & Spa with one of our repeat clients. A crime was committed in the area and this multinational food manufacturing company was asked to assist in the investigation. The group was placed into a specialized CSI teams and had a great time getting outside, visiting the crime scenes, collecting evidence and having fun letting loose with their co-workers. In addition to the crime scene locations, an informant was spotted in the bar area. Teams had to covertly approach and pay the informant for important information. Thanks to this group of hard working individuals, the crime was solved, despite one team’s playful nature tampering with the evidence to trick the other teams.

Canadian Outback Adventures and Events’ Crime Investigators is a great event for your participants to work together, get outside of their job title, as well as take a break from their meetings, letting loose and enjoying a few laughs and sharing some stories.

The Crime Investigators Corporate Team Building Activity in Toronto

Last week we are in Mississauga at a shipment and logistics company office building running our Crime Investigators event. The group was gathering across Canada and the Crime Investigators event was a fun way for the group to let loose, have a good time, and get to know their co-workers. 6 mock crime scenes were setup around the client’s office building where teams visited the crime scenes, collecting evidence and document the scenes in order to solve the murder mystery.

Crime Solved in Toronto with this great Corporate Team Building Activity

We were downtown Toronto at the Air Canada this week for a Crime Investigators event with a group of bankers. Crime Investigators engages participants as sleuths who must a deeply intriguing mystery by investigating crime scenes and finding clues throughout the event area. This week’s participants had a wonderful time getting to know their colleagues and enhancing their communication skills while hunting for crime scenes, clues and criminals.
