This week we were downtown Toronto for a fast paced AmazingChase event with 16 enthusiastic insurance agents. The Amazing Chase is a race
through a series of sequential checkpoints of challenges that foster
participants’ resourcefulness and enhance their communication and problem
solving skills.
This week’s participants really enjoyed the challenges that
enable them to learn about their colleagues’ skills, identify team goals and
devise creative solutions in accomplishing those goals.
