The Apprentice - Corporate Team Building Activity in Montebello, Quebec

It’s Dolena with another corporate event update.

Today we are in the gorgeous town of Montebello, Quebec, at the Fairmont Chateau Montebello, with a local pharmaceutical company. Approximately 150 people participated in the Apprentice bike build today. This group had a lot of fun decorating, building and pitching their children’s bicycles. This group doesn’t work out of their head office, which means they don’t get as many opportunities to give back to the community. So this event was a great way to do that because they donated 18 of these bikes to the Boys and Girls Club of La Salle. Half of this group spoke French which was great having a mixture of languages and our bilingual staff had a blast interacting and assisting everyone. Everyone had the chance to think outside the box, be creative and work with their colleagues that they normally don’t get the chance to. Everyone had so much fun and they were pleased with donating the bikes.

If you’d like to give back to your community in a unique way while also having a great team building experience, please visit our website and speak with one of our event solutions experts.

The Apprentice - Coprorate Team Building Activity in Montreal

Hey everyone, it’s Michelle with Canadian Outback Adventures & Events with another corporate event update.

We have just finished a large, 150 person Apprentice event at the downtown Montreal Forum, which used to be the venue for the old Montreal Canadians. Our event was situated right on the old center ice so it was a very cool venue. The group was from all over Ontario and Quebec, they were a mixture of ages and ranges, abilities, and genders and they’re from different departments within a large communications company. They had a fantastic time, they got to build children’s bicycles for teenagers, that was a specific request that they had have. They donated those bikes to the Boys and Girls Club of Lasalle, and there were about 3 representatives from the Boys and Girls club on site, they are to accept the bikes in person, which was a great way to wrap up the activity and they got to really see all their hard work was going. All in all, it was a fantastic event, they had a great time and nothing but smiles and positive reviews at the end.

The Apprentice Corporate Team Building Activity in Montreal

Hi there! Shannon here with another corporate event update from Canadian Outback Adventures & Events.

Today we had an Apprentice in Montreal, Quebec. This event was one in a series of 3 Apprentices. The client decided to run the same event for their Toronto, Montreal and Ottawa offices, all within 1 week of each other. The Montreal Apprentice was the medium size of the group with about 55 people participating. To accommodate the French speaking participants, teams were given the “OK” to present in either English or French, whatever they are most comfortable with. “Enthusiasm knows no language” I say. The marketing presentations had singing, grown men riding bicycles and even some very charitable donations. Overall it was a great morning here in Montreal.

The Apprentice Corporate Team Building Activity in Montreal

Hey it’s Marie from Outback with another corporate event update.

The end of November and we’re in Montreal today for an Apprentice Bike Build event. This group is in the technology sector and they were focusing on the transition in their company as they say farewell to their Chief Executive Officer. The 6 teams wanted to really focus on collaborating as teams and as a group together to achieve their goals and objectives and build the bikes and decorate them and create advertising campaigns. These ad campaigns were really innovative and we saw everything from Rapunzel to Terrific Crossroad Tumblers from teenagers and some of the best super heroes as well. In the end, the bicycles were donated to a charity representative from a local charity and it really added to the Philanthropic feel of the event as a whole and added to their hard work and efforts that they put forth to building their bikes.
