Hello! Miguel here with another American Outback event
update.
During this Iron Chef activity, teams were asked to come up
with the dessert with the ingredients provided. One team took it to the next
level by creating a sherbet from pineapple juice. This thing took a lot of ice
and a lot of salt, poured it into a bowl and mixed the juice in a small
container sitting in the ice. Mix it for about 30 minutes and the results were
just amazing – homemade pineapple sherbet. This thing took the first place for
creativity and originality and they were the winning team.
