Adventures & Events with another corporate event update.
We have just finished a Corporate Castaways event on the
beach in Parksville, British Columbia, on Vancouver Island for a health care company.
We had about 30 people today and we put them head to head against all of our
awesome Corporate Castaways challenges and we had a group that were mostly
administrative workers and that actually, as the client had mentioned, don’t
get along that well. So we had them in teams, doing challenges that were really
needed to involve every member of the team, no one was left out, so this is
something the client really wanted right off the bat. They wanted people to be
able to interact in a way that they wouldn’t typically and get to know each
other better to help build that relationship stronger for those that don’t see
eye to eye all the time. Everyone left this event with smiling faces and a good
experience. The client was extremely happy with the outcome and thought that,
you know, those individuals that she was concerned about at the start, she
definitely wasn’t concerned about in the end. She saw progress right away and
was quite happy with the results.
