Our latest event
took us so deep into the Canadian rockies to Jasper, Alberta. Being early May,
spring was in full force with sunny skies and wildlife out and about. This
Apprentice Team Building Event was a part of a weeklong conference for an oil
field service company at the Jasper Park Lodge. This apprentice bike filled
event was a perfect fit for this competitive mostly male group. It was great to
see departments that rarely worked together strategize, communicate and compete
to reach their end goal. Barriers were broke and egos dropped as all groups
competed for the title of the apprentice. Not only was this event a great
teambuilding event experience but the finished bikes were donated to local
organization.
